Last year, I found a rug for our living room at Rugs USA. I stalked it online and knew that their site frequently had 40-60% off site-wide. I just happened to get on there on Black Friday. Boom. 75% off site-wide. I went ahead and bought the rug. I can’t remember exactly, but it’s a 9×12 wool woven rug and I think it was about $210. That’s what I call a steal!
In December, I found another rug on their site and I kept checking back to see if they had 75% off. No luck. January comes and the rug that I’ve decided that I will buy at 50% (because they have 50% off all the time) is OUT OF STOCK. February comes. 50% site-wide is constantly on. Is the rug that I want in stock? Nope, no luck. March comes. 50% off site-wide. Is the rug available? Well, not the first week of March but then I looked last week and it was “IN STOCK.” Its a 7’6” x 9’6″.
I originally got it for the formal dining room, but it just didn’t work. I even left it for a few days to let it grow on me. No luck. It was pretty disappointing, because Luke and I both loved the rug. Then, we decided to try it upstairs in our master bedroom. Perfection! I seriously, love love love it! I love how it looks, but it feels 100x better than it looks. The rug quality is just amazing. It’s extremely soft and cushy. Love it.
