    Affordable Storage

January 8, 2015 by Ashley Mayes 22 Comments

We are blessed with ample closet space, but we still lack extra boxes, bins and baskets to help corral stuff. That is especially the case in G's room and even more so since we took the doors off his closet. I have random boxes, baskets and bags but they are miss-matched. We needed some matching small-medium sized toy storage that matched for the top of his closet (which can be seen since we don't have doors on the closet). The key thing was for them to be affordable. I did quite a bit of online browsing and thought I would share my finds in case you need to corral some legos, dinosaurs or princess shoes.

I never look at the Container store. We don't have one local, so it just never crosses my mind.

Great roundup! H&M Home has some great kids storage. I haven't bought from them yet but I'm always eying their lines.

I got some H&M home stuff for Christmas this year. For the price point, I really like it. It sounds weird to say, but everything I got (baskets, candleholders, pillows, etc.) were all like a bit mini. Its like they are saving a few dollars here and there by making them smaller. It doesn't really bother me, but just a heads up. =)

I love using tin buckets for storage. I have one on my desk to store my pens and rulers. Thank you for the great ideas!

I have some small tin buckets (like $1 store small) that I use for pens as well! They are perfect. Thanks for stopping by!

I know! I hadn't either until I was actively searching for more storage! I finally decided on storage and actually bought some of the Walmart ones. Love them!
