A yummy bacon dip served with waffle french fries makes the best football game food! Make this appetizer ahead of time and enjoy the game.
If you've been a reader for long then you know that I'm a die-hard Chiefs fan. I mean, I've created a bucket list stadium visit art piece and am making over my entire basement in an elevated sports-cave way.
We LOVE going to Arrowhead (the loudest stadium in the world) but we also love to watch football at home. So, today, I'm sharing a bacon cheese dip that's a crown winner. It's a recipe that is better as it sits just a bit, so you could easily make it ahead of the game for traveling to a football game or watching it at home. If you are traveling to the game, just substitute a sturdy potato chip instead of waffle fries to dip in the bacon dip! It'll still be yummy.
Oh, and if you aren't a football fan - don't worry! It's a great appetizer to take to any event.
If you make it at home, definitely serve it with crispy french fries. That's by far our favorite pairing for this! So delicious.
